Sales between March 18-24, 2024 saw 1,042 total auction results from our Market Data Search, selling for just over
$303,780 US from last week's
Heritage Wednesday weekly auction, and eBay auctions - a
$821,649 decrease in sales from the prior period. Select results from ComicConnect and
Hake's Auction have been included but are not combined with our sales reports.
Even the mighty Orion cowers in fear of an off panel creature in a Jack Kirby page from
New Gods #4 which was the tob bid item on Heritage.
A sexy commission of
Mary Jane Watson by Adam Hughes was the clear winner on eBay.
Hake's signature style sold a number of original artwork including an early painting poster for
A Nightmare on Elm Street by Duncan Eagleson.
Over three hundred pieces of original artwork appeared in ComicConnect Event Auction #57 including Jack Kirby's cover art for
Fantastic Four Annual #11 which fetched the highest bid.
Heritage sold 214 pieces of original artwork last week with sales totaling $155,421.40 and 51 exceeding $1,000.
