Here are the top 15 sales in our database from August 19-25, 2024. To view all 101 results from this period in our Dealer Market Data Search - with a combined asking price of $125,850 - please note you need to be a Market Data Subscriber to use the search engine. This week there were 23 sales that were listed at or over $1,000 when they were sold - 23 fewer than last week. 22 of the results came from artworks that were priced at $150 or less when the art was sold. This week saw Comic Art Dealer sales decrease by $117,039 from last week's $242,889 total.

RomitaMan had the highest accumulated sales of the week topped off by a Charles M. Schulz original Peanuts Sunday strip from 1972 featuring Snoopy writing a romance novel.

Anthony's Comicbook Art scored with a Steve McNiven cover to Wastelanders: Wolverine #1.

The villains are reflected in Wolverine’s claw on Mike Perkins cover from House of M: Masters of Evil #2 which was the bestseller for Will's Comic Art Page.

Hellboy spears a Giant Crab in a Mike Mignola illustration which proved a winner for Splash Page Comic Art.

TDArt Gallery chalked one up on the leaderboard with a Brandon Peterson cover for a Wizard special issue of Arcanum.

The Mask sits in the Oval Office as Washington DC burns on the cover to I Pledge Allegiance to the Mask #2 by Patric Reynolds sold by Comic Art House.
