DescriptionRobert Crumb prepared this page for publication in Art & Beauty Magazine (3 issues spanning 1996-2016/Fantagraphics) by pasting a copy (6+3/4" X 9") from the original art on a Strathmore board. He then added a copy of an ornate border by taping it to the board surrounding the art copy. He then hand-lettered the quotes at the bottom on a separate piece of paper and pasted it to the bottom. He had to tape another 1" to the bottom of the board to accommodate the lettering. |
