Luca Strati was born in Reggio Calabria in the 03.08.1981,he attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence with a predilection for the sculpture. His artistic career begins since he was very young with the drawing and painting of the first character of comics subjects to evolve himself with illustration;He has frequented during the years 1995-97 the International school of Comics in Florence and in the meantime the classical artistic studies. In 2001 he lands in the laboratory of Pegaso Models in Siena, where he knows new materials and he tests his qualities of miniaturization reaching, with the direction of the artistic team Jula-Marchetti,unexpected results that subsequently will pour in attendance of Academy of Fine Arts of Florence.Luca Strati has also realized the cover of the "Batman Silent book",the cover for the Iron Maiden italian fanzine,the cover of the italian sci-fi fanzine"Galaxy". Luca Strati within a partnership realizes the third issue of the comic fantasy"Mystura-The physical laws of Evil".Currently teaches at the International school of Comics in Jesi-Italy and works as sculptor,illustrator and concept artist.
