I digitally color over a scan of the original pencils or inks and then provide a flattened tiff file back for printing, along with a png or jpg for sharing online.
Prices are negotiable, but are usually:
$75 for a headshot/bust
$125 for a full character
$200 and up, priced per piece for commissions with detailed backgrounds, etc.
I'm reasonable though, contact me to see if it's possible to work within a budget.
