Machine Man 2 Page 9 by Herb Trimpe and Barry Windsor-Smith.

Probably the best page in my Collection....
How I got it...
I was standing on the side of the Hall while the Guests where being introduced, The Called Barry Windsor-Smith, I had seen his picture in the Studio book and was expecting someone like David Gilmore (Pink Floyd) instead he looked more like Don Johnson.

I actually bought a Couple of pieces of art from Mr Windsor-smith.

The story of that was....
1986 UKCAC, London, England (UK)
I found Mr Windsor-Smith and some one asked if he had some art for sale he said he did but it was in the hotel he would bring it on Sunday.
Sunday, Found Mr Windsor-Smith, and asked if he had some art for sale, He said he would fetch it, and then asked a strange question...
"Did I really want to buy his art?"

I could imagine any one not wanting his art, so said yes but then thought, maybe it was out of my price range.(Or may be I'm a short Fat Sikh guy with a Turban and all).

Luckily I could Just afford two pieces (Needless to say I was flat broke after the purchases), but the one piece is one of the best.

I Would Like to express my extreme gratitude to Mr Windsor-Smith for selling me his art.

I can only imagine what you paid for this gem in 1986, considering what pages from this mini are going for these days! Whatever you paid, it was definitely worth it!! Thank you for sharing!!
