DescriptionFrom volume 2 of the TV-tie in comic. Isis had been part of The Shazam! / Isis Hour in the 70's. It showed that a live action superhero series with a Woman lead was possible. Makes you Wonder what they'd come up with to follow that.Social/Sharing |

A wonderful depiction of Isis, a visually interesting mythological villain and an unusual setting, I think, combine to make an excellent splash. Mike was doing some great work for DC before the implosion and Vinnie always took his time inking the ladies.

What a page, a real puzzler for me.
Not an Isis fan, and I have no real passion for Voz or Vince.
But this page is as beautiful in its own way, as the meticiulous Perez JLA/Avengers pieces you have posted.
Another reason this hobby is so great.

So it was the wrath of Set that defeated Isis? But how does that jive with Trump's claim that HE defeated Isis while he was in power? Especially given his perfect record of never lying to the American people. Nah, there's no way he'd lie about that. I'm going with Trump. I think Steve Skeates is the liar.
