Description

Flash #43 cover by David Finch (pencils) and Danni Miki (inks), 2017 on 11"x17" comic art bristol. I've always thought a hyper-intelligent ape was a strange villain for a character like the Flash, but Gorilla Grodd never looked better. A dynamic image, elevated to entirely another level by the incredible inking job, particularly on the fur. Acquiring it was one of the highlights of FanExpo Toronto 2019, along with meeting Scott Williams, which rounded it out nicely on the art front!

Wow! One of Finch/Miki’s best IMO mostly due to the METICULOUS lines on Grodd! A true labor of love I imagine, particulary for Miki! Congrats!
