Description

David Finch commission 2018, pencil on comic art bristol, 11'x17". I didn't commission the piece myself, and it's hard to picture that anybody would part with it willingly. An impressive figure that fills the page nicely, with just the right combination of detail versus looseness that imparts real energy to a pencil sketch.

I agree with your description - right combo of detail and looseness. Love those scratchy lines. Makes me wonder if it would be cool to get a blue line piece inked, just to see how it comes out. Definitely doesn't need it! Congrats!
