Description

Some major work from Mitch. Throwing together those old Perez-style JLA covers, an old Avengers masthead, the Avengers themselves plus Archie's Mighty Crusaders and TOWER Comics the Thunder Agents? This one's got it all! Even Kang and the Cosmic Cube. And all for only 25¢! A wonderful, just wonderful piece of art from Mitch here.

From the Avengers there's Iron Man, Thor, Cap, Ant-Man, the Vision and the Scarlet Witch. From the Thunder Agents you've got Dynamo, Lightning and No-Man. And from the Mighty Crusaders it's the Golden-Age and Modern Shields, the Fly and Fly-Girl, Jaguar and the Comet.

Love~ the faces, especially Dynamo, the GS Shield and Cap. Plus Kang's just spot on! And when the art arrived I found that Mitch had done this great Avengers sketch on the box itself. I've attached a scan below. The scan is definitely not the best but I hope you'll be able to get the feel of it. A big thanks to Mitch.

Also check out the ~sweet~ colored version from Simon Gough below. This originally had it's own entry in the gallery but I seem to've "lost it" in one of my gallery shuffles ... ...

The Avengers, the Mighty Crusaders, and the THUNDER Agents all on one commission?! GIve this man a Pulitizer Prize for Commissioned Comic Art.
