Description

At Kawaii Kon 2016 character designer Shigeto Koyama of Studio Trigger made an appearance and was doing some autograph signings. (His credits include working on the character design of Baymax 2.0 from Big Hero Six.) He and Hiromi Wakabayashi were both sitting side by side and speak very little English. I gave each of them a sheet of Bristol and asked their interpreter to see if they could hopefully do something Hawaii-themed. This quick sketch is what Shigeto came up with.
