Description

Sugar and Spike is a classic strip and its influence is felt today as Nickolodeon's Rugrats was inspired by Mayer's babies.

Mayer was an excellent cartoonist and arguably the best editor DC ever had. He's the guy that pulled the Superman strip from the cull pile and put S on the cover of Action #1.
