Looking forward to watching the new Superman movie. I don't have much DC/Superman related artwork to post, but I do have this sketch from the late great Mike Wieringo. I believe this image was used in a Heroes con program also.

The 2 you think of at the Big 2 companies who epitomize the word "hero". Love the bullets bouncing off Supes and Cap's shield! Congrats!

In Wieringo's all pencil era looks great as this looks just as good as his art meant for publication. He was drawing Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man at this time that had this smooth look.

I have had this image as my phone background on and off for 15 years- one of my very favorites of Mike's sketches. Wonderful collection of Wieringo work!
