Description

These are the pencils for an unused Don Rosa cover for Gladstone's Uncle $crooge #317, done in 1998 (left side). Now, after 17 years, Don finally did a finalized inked version of this fun illustration on the blank variant of IDW's U$ #1. For the final version, Don removed the outdated "1998" and "2000" dates from, hence the missing text banner at the top and floating coins at the bottom.
