Description....and yessss there is she!!!This Silver Age gem eluded me for years. Believe me when I'm saying she is one of the very few childhood pages burned in my head. The Avengers at their best, almost a whole team - Thor, Goliath, Iron Man, my beloved Pietro (aka Quicksilver, Pietro Django Maximoff), and the unbeatable Captain America. This is the finest full-packed action Avengers art example by 2 legends, my beloved John Buscema and Tom Palmer, IMHO their best period. There is not a single thing to throw on this page. This page is a whole story by itself! A condensed of vibrant & pure energy captured in only 5 panels which explodes with the "Goliath-ness" final one! All the Big John & Avengers lovers will confirm you that these #74-#76 issues were probably "la crème de la crème". The amount of tiny details and sharp inking delivered here by Tom Palmer are the best things that could have happened for such an Art. Stunning page, every panel is so well thought out. Undoubtedly this was Buscema's best period. And Palmer's inks are amazing! (still not sure exactly how Quicksilver could pull that stunt off...)

Great active panels close ups and a monster 1/3 splash. These issues were chock full of beautiful artwork. This would be a great example to show folks wanting to learn about art as story telling. Do you love it even more today than when you first got your hands on it:-)A real keeper!!!
