I finally received this incredible piece done by the ubbër talented Eric Canete.I love his redesign of Venom here with all the nastiness that should be his trademark and the tiny Spiderman that looks so fragile against such a massive monster.The sense of dread is truly exceptional.And Eric's technique is fantastic, with lots of spontaneity and energy.You can see a lot of blueline pencil under the slick inks which is something I love.A true gem! (Thanks Jason ;)

Oof - a fantastic piece full of weight, motion, and impending doom... Spidey's webbing may not be able to stop Venom from crashing down upon him, but it sure is used to excellent effect by Canete here to add a splendid feathered texture that flies in the face of the brilliantly stylized (and beautifully designed) figures. And the teeth! Oh, my lord, Venom's teeth and gaping maw are amazing here. More gorgeous work by Canete! Yowza!
