Description

A fantastic sketch of the Bat' by the great Colin Wilson who I met for his tour promoting his new Franco-Belgian book.

I had brought the Sleeper and Bulltet to the head omnibuses alongside for a signature and thought long and hard about which character to ask. He'd never drawn Grifter with a mask on and I found the main heroes of Bullets or Wonderball too generic so I went for Batman and Mr Wilson generously agreed :)

Love the older hard edger look which reminds me of Bernet's version.
