Backlash was probably my favorite title from Wildstorm and the best written of the bunch apart from Moore's run on Wildcats (not just according to me, mind you).

While I loved Booth's art on the title, the fact he was tremendously influenced by Jim Lee and Art Adams made it enjoyeable but not that original in my view as opposed to JJ Kirby, a young guy seemingly coming out of nowhere with a totally fresh style and I went crazy for it :)

Here Backlash's daughter fights some usual Wildstorm vilain and, guess what, she actually looks like a kid a not a smaller bimbo which was kind of refreshing at the time ;)
