DescriptionAmazing Cover "King Size" (50 x 36 cm) painted masterfully by Rafael López Espí for the Spanish edition of NAMOR VOL.2 N°1 (the collection consisted of only 2 issues), published by Vértice in July 1974. It's titled "The mad Prince" and The USA content corresponds to The Prince Namor, The Sub-Mariner Vol.1 #68-69 and Strange Tales vol.1 #13 (4th story). The colorful and realism is spectacular for one of the most beautiful covers that the author made to the publisher. What makes this really special is that Lopez Espi painted very few covers in this size and with this quality, mainly the issues #1 (vol. 2).For additional images, a comparison between the "King Size" with respect to the size of the rest of normal covers (25x35 cm).Social/Sharing |

Buenísima portada del nº1 del volumen 2. Alucinante es poco. El color, el tamaño, el dibujo, los detalles. Muy superior este nº1 que cualquier otro ejemplar de este volumen sea del personajes que sea. Impagable. Una caja llena de sorpresas.

Muy, muy buena. Tanto en la musculatura como en el sombreado se aprecia la especial atencion al detalle que Lopez Espí puso en esta concreta portada: enhorabuena

Preciosa portada de López Espí, además una vez que estás acostumbrado al tamaño estándar de sus portadas el ver de repente este pedazo de tamaño la verdad que te sorprende muy, muy gratamente.
