DescriptionBased off the Milton Greene photo starlet Marilyn Monroe (pre-colouring).A companion piece to the Rita Hayworth; http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=721271&GSub=108708 We stayed pretty close to the original photo, obviously making the ballerina's tutu black, and changing Marilyn's classic platinum blonde look to black! The umbrella was added initially because it's a Death accessory, but it also fit really well with the threatening sky behind! Have a look at the coloured version for comparison.
