My brother Jim commissioned Ryan for this piece at the ECCC 2011. Ryan's sense of frenetic motion is palpable here, heightening the tension as Batman's flying kick has no effect on the Venom-enhanced villain. Thanks, Ryan!

Holy COW!! I think that Ryan's one of those artists that is so close to breaking out. Hopefully, with his current position at the helm of Batman Beyond he'll get more recognition? Great piece!!!

Well, all I can say is that convention commissions rarely look this exciting or polished. What a beauty! Jim probably had his most exciting and best-orchestrated convention strategy ever. Wow!

Ryan Benjamin is certainly underrated. There's an awesome instensity to the fight sequence. Great pickup!
