Description

Drawing done early in Betty's career before the lengthened her dress due to the comic code. This is believed to be concept artwork used on a standee promoting one of her theatrical shorts. Additional image is of Helen Kane and Max Fleischer with the Betty Boop standee.
ARtist unknown by could have been drawn by MAx Fleischer or one of the animators such as Grim Natwick.
