Description

Leone Frollo (Venice, 1931 - 2018) is famous for his sultry women and widely considered as a master of eroticism. But having said that, I think his actual artistic skills aren't still appreciated as they truly deserve.
Well, maybe it's only a matter of time...

In these seven pages (all from the same book) you'll not find naked girls or sex scenes, but you'll can't help but notice the elegance of Frollo's brush strokes and his ability to depict - with great accuracy despite the grotesque way - settings, situations and characters from the early years of the last century.

Well, Sex sell's and helps feed the children. But Frollo is from the old school. You can see that he had to study as a young draftsman and to learn how to draw shadows and anotomy. A master with a fantastic easy ink work in his unique elegant style.
