Description

This piece was my salute and tribute to my friend the late Great Mike Wieringo. We were the art-team-supreme on Tellos from Image comics (with Todd Dezago & Paul Mounts). This particular piece was done for the "Ringo Remembered Project." The question was posed to all the contributing artists..."How would you say goodbye to Mike artistically?" So this is what I came up with. I wanted to draw myself as Mike would have, if I were a character that existed in the Tellos universe, surrounded by a cast of supporting characters from the series.
