Description

Superb 4-panel action page 3 for Action Comics #359 (DC, 1968) by Kurt Schaffenberger (pencils and inks). This pretty piece features the beautiful Supergirl in every panel as she rescues a bound coed from the cruel sorority hazing tactic of angry stinging hornets. A story that was obviously way ahead of its time, written by Golden-Age great Otto Binder.

Elegant and innocent in the vintage Supergirl tradition!

I'm so jealous. I saw this on auction but as I focused on something else at the time, didn't pursue this. Completely regret it. Congrats on picking something as beautiful up. YOu have great tastes!
