Love how Alfredo portrays water, wood and eerieness with equal mastery. The use of whiteout in the last panel is amazing.

Really nice. There is no debating what a lush and incredibly skilled inker Alcala was. I must admit that in my opinion his pencils and layouts were sometimes weak but this piece certainly shows he had the skills to do everything and do it well.

Really nice! Alcala was incredibly skilled with his self-created ink brush. His linework and detail are just awesome as can easily be seen in this page. Congrats!

Stunning illustrational work - every panel a joy. Alcala is certainly one of the finest wielders of a brush the medium has produced.
