Description

More than a classic in Sci-Fi comics. I really loved this series, which my father was collecting back then!
This strip is from the story titled "Rogue Star", written by William Patterson, which ran from H4518 (11-23-1968) to H4595 (02-24-1969).
The first panel was also published as the cover of a special issue of the popular Italian magazine "Linus" (see additional images).

So much zipatone and ink! I would never guess at such a process being used on a strip, but it looks really cool. It must have taken a while to put so much down, then shade it, too. And it's really neat that you share this interest with your dad. Very cool piece. Congrats!
