Description

Javier Fernández draws one heck of a Joker but when I got a chance for a piece from him, I had the notion to request a Bruce Timm style Joker. The character had never been as cool to me as he was when he strutted out on Batman: The Animated Series, and I love the flat top Timm hat here and the Nicholson in the face!

So great! The underlighting is always effective for a villainous look! Even without the permanent smiley face, I can see him working as a carney and doing that face on his own.

The source of lighting and the heavy shape in the right side make the Joker evil. This isn't a crazy look, it is evil. The inking on this reminiscent of Tim Sale.
