Description

The original art to a print Kevin Maguire made. Classic bwa ha ha Booster and Beetle!

The preliminary to this pencil and inked piece was separately sold to a collector, who commissioned Mark Farmer to ink it (which is perfectly fine). That piece got sold a few times, and that history was lost. It was auctioned, and I tried to point out to the auction house that it was an inked prelim, but the consignor convinced the auction house that the other piece has "real" pencils, while mine was just light boxed. I have added a picture showing pencils, and fortunately, saw Kevin Maguire at a convention who confirmed that mine was a pencil and inked piece, which he signed on the back (shown as alternate scans)

Still don't actually know the characters, but I always like Maguire's rendition of them and this is a sweet piece :)
