No CAF birthday party of mine would be complete without a new Pearson piece :
)
This is Jason�s contribution to the fantastic Pitt trading card set which was full of original art created for it.

I absolutely love this piece. Jason�s rendition of Pitt is ultra badass, very stylish. The inks are super sharp and full of cross hatching, a style Jason would use more frequently later in his career. The fact that Pitt�s figure is bathed in shadow makes it even more menacing as does his smile. His style was blockier then but already exceptional.

I�ve had this for some time and eye balled even longer. As it dropped from the radar for a long time, I had to track it down in order to purchase it. Good thing I have a good memory ;)

Hope you like it as it is always a struggle for me to choose a new Pearson piece to show to the world.

Nice!! I, too, was tracking this piece and always wondered where it ended up. Shoulda figured you'd get it. Happy Birthday, Fred!
