DescriptionThe 2011 Heroes Con show was tough for me. I managed to get on almost all of the artists' sketch lists that I was interested in getting something from...but when I would show up at said creators' table on the final day of the show, I was greeted with the same thing time and again: "I didn't get a chance to get to your piece. Can I take it home and do it from there?" This wasn't so much a problem for me as it posed a dilemma: Since I try and get a picture with everybody I get art from, how was I going to get said photos taken?I mentioned this to Butch Guice as I was at his table and, of course, he had a novel solution. He quickly drew up the piece that you're seeing the two of us posing with in this picture. As unfortunate as it is that you will be seeing quite a bit of this picture in the next few posts I make to CAF--the promise of great art to come is something to look forward to! Thanks, Mr. Guice!!! :D Social/Sharing |
