DescriptionA really nice piece of work from the Fraim Brothers with beautiful colors from Gerry Turnbull. The Fraims really outdid themselves on this one, a homage to the King, this time from Challengers of the Unknown #18. The uniforms were updated to their later look plus the monsters are now from Marvel's Atlas age. It's the mummy, Robot X and the Molten Man-Thing. They came Gerry who just went all out on the colors. I just love his coloring on his pieces. The way he's able to make look like old comic pages. We went through a few rounds then he hit it just right, then added that great old comic frame. Great, great work from Gerry. Very happy he was willing do this for me. Original size 11x17Social/Sharing |
