DescriptionA really nice piece of work from the Fraim Brothers with great colors from Tom Mason. The Fraims really outdid themselves on this one, a homage to the King. This time from Challengers of the Unknown #18. I'd asked that the uniforms be updated to their later look plus the monsters are now from Marvel's Atlas age. It's the mummy, Robot X and the Molten Man-Thing. As this had become my favorite piece I also went to Tom Mason to get it colored. Just the Molten Man-Thing alone is fantastic. You add the glowing platform and all the shading work on Robot-X and I think Tom did a fantastic job on this. Original size 11x17Social/Sharing |
