Description

Believe me when I tell you that this scan doesn't begin to capture the beauty, detail, and artistry of this piece. When I met Jim Pearson, he was an instructor at an art institute in San Francisco and a member of the Illustrators of America. A few years later he was working at Pixar. He used a combination of charcoal, airbrush, and colored pencil to bring this image to life.
