Description

This is the page I remember the most. I had never seen a man beaten to death like this in a comic before. Specifically, I remember panel five, because of how the blood trail was colored. For all the violence and mayhem comics contain, red blood is quite rare.

Ooooh, I'm jealous!!!! This is my favorite page from this issue. I *almost* bought it!! Keep me in mind if you ever let it go!

I'd glady trade any of these pages for Batman: Year One stuff. :) Seriously though, The Artist's Choice has some really cool Mazzucchelli work. I don't know anywhere else that offers pages he pencilled AND inked.

Yeah, I'd trade my Born Again page for Year One stuff also!! From what I hear, he was offered a LOT of money for all the art for Year One and turned it down. There is NOTHING out there from Y1. Guess we'll just have to be happy withe the Born Again stuff - one of my top 5 storylines of all time!!
