Description

The 1981/82 edition of the Overstreet Price Guide (# 11) devotes several pages to the life and work of artist LB Cole. In addition to an interview and photos of the Great Man working on commissions at his drawing table, there is this full color ad for LB Cole cover recreations.

I particularly love the staid ad copy: "It has been indicated that L.B. Cole covers are the coming investment of the future."
