Description

Stunning original artwork for World's Finest Comics #254 page 11 (DC, 1979), by the late, great Don Newton (pencils) and finishes by the seasoned Kurt Scheffenberger (inks). For the intriguing tale entitled, "The Devil and Captain Marvel," wherein Captain Marvel must travel to the pits of hell to do battle with six champions of satan to free the soul of his uncle, Ebenezer Batson, from the devil's sinister grip.

Captain Marvel now comes face-to-face with the vicious demon, Legion. A confrontation between the sole hero and the wicked many. This is classic Good vs. Evil storytelling at it's finest by one of the most talented artists' to ever grace the medium. Signed by Don Newton.
