Description

Ghosts of Fear Street was essentially "Goosebumps on Fear Street," in that it was the kid horror series attached to R.L. Stine's teen horror series.

Hecula is a metafictional character in that he is the main character of a comic book published in the Fear Street universe. Similar to the Masked Mutant from Goosebumps, he's a villain, but he's more of a savage 90s beastial character. He becomes a "real" person when he's accidentally released from an advanced computer program.

This is a cool sketch! While my nostalgia for Goosebumps is solely that I watched the TV show with my daughter when she was younger, I can appreciate your affection for its characters.

Goosebumps books were what really got me interested in reading, and going beyond nostalgia, I'd also like to write books like them professionally one day. I still buy and collect the books as well as books from other kids horror series as research.
