Description

This was one of the pre-done pieces that Kagan brought to the show. What came to mind when I saw this was John Woo’s 2008 “Red Cliff”. If you haven’t seen that film, check it out. It’s got an 89% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and, more importantly, my seal of approval! Anyway, it turns out that this was a character from “Shaolin Intruders” by the Shaw Brothers. Now I’m off to the video store to see if they have it. (Artists Help Japan Fundraiser, 04/2011)
