DescriptionBeautiful little original painting, titled "The Lippons" by the great artist Moebius for the collecting card #68 of the card set produced by Comic Images in 1993. The additional image is a stat of the original art drawing-the size is 5 x 6 1/2 (12,5 x 16,5 cm). This was reduced and printed on a watercolor paper and then Moebius hand painted it in water color. Moebius hand painted over a copy of his art and signature. The size of the painted piece is 2.75 x 3.75 (7 x 9,5 cm). This was then used to make the Moebius art card set.There is no original line art only the stat and the smaller water color paper that Moebius hand painted. This little gem, delicately colored by Moebius, is very rare. It will come with the stat. Colored piece is in perfect condition, but black and white stat is slightly bent a the corner.
