Description

This was the second sketch Adi had done in February 2012 as part of his Sketch-a-Day series. I didn't know if these were for show or for sale so I contacted his art sales manager and sure enough, no one had claimed it so I snapped it up. I hate to think that I may have started the tidal wave of inquiries pertaining to the remaining sketches planned for the rest of the month once the word SOLD was put next to this sketch! In any case, I really appreciate this piece because Adi's alternate Venom cover (Amazing Spider-Man #569) was my first introduction to his art. And honestly, this scan doesn't do the piece justice. Love it.

I was going to ask 'how the hell did you snag this' until I read your description. I really wanted his Iron Man Mark 1 sketch but sadly work intervened most days to thwart me. Congrats, man!

I hear you, I had the chance to snag his Boba Fett and another sketch but was always the 2nd person writing it.
