Description

Another great page from a childhood favorite series but this page has an additional story. This is the page that is featured on camera during the cult classic film True Romance which was written by a young Quentin Tarantino. In the film Christian Slater as Clarence was telling Alabama a story about Nick Fury trying to save his wedding ring but clearly the comic he is holding was this issue of Sleepwalker. Oddly enough an issue of Sgt. Fury and the Howling Commandos is in the background of the shot leading many to believe that Slater was reading the Sleepwalker comic between takes and picked it up accidently instead of the correct comic. A nice little piece of history from a film by one of my favorite directors.
