DescriptionThe complexity of this whole Infinite Timelines project that I have taken on sometimes hits me from time to time. Getting ready to post, I realized that I commissioned this in the latter part of 2013 & picked it up at the 2014 London SuperCon and I have been sitting on this gem for 2 years ! Marco Santucci did another amazing piece for me at the same time and he knocked both of them out of the ballpark !!The other person I wanted to highlight is Russell Payne. John Watson introduced us several years ago and it was a very fortunate day for me. He has done incredible work, mixing, matching and reformatting covers to give them the "imaginary cover" treatment. Sometimes the simple placing of things changes the feel of a piece, so I wanted to show how Russ played with this one until he got the "right look". His attention to detail, is second to none, his instincts are flawless and he is a big part of Infinite Timelines success. Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

This is stunning---it evokes shades of Mike Grell, yet is so much more! Love it!

When working on fantasy covers such as these, one of the hardest parts is letter placement. It's really hard to avoid covering up essential parts of the art at times. This really works here as it seperates the two scenes in the image. The art itself is really nice here. The wash really highlights the characters! More Giant fun!!!

More Giant fun!!!You have faced the same obstacles with your "Nova" seies. It's why I think it's important that I show the original cover that inspired us and a logo-free version so that the work can be admired for its originality and not just as another chapter in an " Infinite Timelines " story. But saying all that Russ' comes up with creative soltutions time & time again.

Lovely work by the artist and Russ' placement of the text is clever. It acts to provide shelter for the girls and to divide the page. Nice job!

Excellent. Normally I'm not a big fan of that level of pencil detail but that it very well done. Bravo Aidan!
