Description

The race is over and there is no magic "reset" button. Kid Flash must deal with the fact that for all his speed, his father is dead. It is too painful to be around his family and so he strikes out on his own. This cover itself is a homage cover to X-Men 138. But since I used that cover on an earlier piece, I figured that I could use my editorial prerogative to bend the rules. MC Wyman and Russ bring us to the finish line in style.

The first thing I thought was that this was a homage to a homage but hey, it works! Wyman and Payne did fantastic work, as always.
