Description

This was a real labor of love for me.
When one of my premiere patrons, Daren Domina, asked me for a montage commission based on the books that led up to the "Demon in a Bottle" finale' in Iron Man #128 (collected in the Power of Iron Man trade paperback), I really wanted to do something that would do justice to the storyline and repay Daren for all his thoughtfulness and support over the years.
So--I kinda went crazy.
I have to give the credit to Daren for carefully constructing which scenes when into this piece. But, realizing that I couldn't do justice to the work drawing everything rather small, I decided to surprise him by turning his commission into a double-page spread.
Needless to say, Daren was pleased with the result and I hope he's found a suitable place on his wall for it by now.

i collected iron man back then, story and art rocked. after mj, bethany was the babe to watch.thx for the memories.
