Description

A splendid action figure character design sheet of Sting (the wrestler) by Mike Ryan.

I was informed (many thanks Grant!) that this one was for the 2000 WCW Toy Biz S.L.A.M. Force line which featured the Marvel Comics banner and a mini comic. Ryan also produced art for the toy packaging.

Here you have some very nice turn-arounds of Sting and his weapons.

WCW art is scarce and sought after by several collectors. So is action figure related artwork.

The piece is superb, fully done in pencil and ink. As you can see, it fills most of the page. You basically get three figures for the price of one (with some other artists).

Done on a regular art paper (11 by 17).

SWEET! This is what I picture him wearing when I hear "Walking On The Moon". Did they make figures of the rest of the Police, too? 😜
