Description

Done entirely in pencils, it's drawn inside volume two of the French version of Dark empire. It dates back to 1996, the release date of the serie. As you can see, it�s super tight.

As many in the known original art or Star Wars fans, original art from Dark Empire is super hard to come by. Cam Kennedy has rarely sold any page or cover from that cult serie.

Convention sketches are super rare as he has rarely appeared to a convention in the US (I know of his appearance in San Diego the year of Dark Empire's release but that's about it). Nowadays, Mr Kennedy rarely appears in convention even in Europe and does not sketch anymore due to his eye having weakened. He was never too fond to sketch Star Wars material to begin with for reasons that are his own.

Great condition. Drawn on the inside cover of the French edition of the book (A4 about 21 cm by 29cm which is bigger than the US release). It comes signed and dated by the artist himself.
