Description

Talk about something truly unique. For the fist edition of CCXP Comic Con Experience in Săo Paulo, Brazil (2014), I have commissioned Ivan Reis AND Rafael Grampá to join forces to create the show poster. Celebrating Batman's 75th Anniversary, they came up with this striking art piece. It's pencils AND inks by Reis and Grampá on the same art board, then colored digitally by Marcelo Costa. It was then printed and advertised everywhere in Brazil and even made it to Bleeding Cool.

It's such a precious item for me as it brings together two artists that I admire and that I call friends, creating a timeless image for the show I helped create and that, just on it's third edition (2016), already holds the position of biggest comic on in the Americas with 196,000 visitors.
