Description

I asked Geoff for a Shining Knight sketch because he was working on Conan and showing his pages from the book at OAX 2025. Both are sword wielding characters from another time. Although the Shining Knight is a member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory, he's a prominent character in the JSA-related All-Star Squadron.

I love the pose, anatomy, and chain mail of the piece. Geoff went to town on the wonderful chain mail!

Right fit for Isherwood with the scholarly illustration fantasy art pedigree! Brings you back to the time at the dawn of the silver age Brave and the Bold stories of knights, pirates, vikings, etc. that were already popular in adventure strips.
