Ant Wars. The ridiculuously awful, guilty pleasure of the period. The arts spectacular but even as a kid I knew the story was bad....This would have been the best strip in many a 1990s issue of 2000ad . THE DARK DAYS OF BAD EDITORS AND OWNERS.

Lovely page! Ferrer gives real depth to the opening panel, and sets up some great drama for the gruesome story to come.
